		Dan Loy DanLoy@novawt.com Dan Loy assumed the position of President of NOVA Water in 2008 and has successfully helped move the company to the forefront of disk filtration technology for water reuse, tertiary filtration, and tertiary phosphorous removal. Dan previously held key positions with Parkson, Zenon, and US Filter. Using his 25+ years of equipment development and manufacturing knowledge he has built the NOVA Water Technologies company from the ground up. The NOVA team has quickly become recognized for competent and reliable design, on time equipment delivery and total customer satisfaction.

		Peter Wood PeterWood@novawt.com Peter Wood has more than 13 years of experience in equipment sales and innovative Water and Wastewater Treatment equipment. His previous experience includes: EIMCO, Parkson, and Enviro-Care to name a few. Peter earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

		Mark Murphy MarkMurphy@novawt.com Mark has 25 years of process equipment experience in both water and wastewater. He has successfully deomonstrated his aptitude for developing innovative equipment technologies for Zenon and Jet Tech. Mark is knowledgeable in filtration for wastewater, potable water, biological treatment, and surface water treatment. Mark earned a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Kansas.
		Brandon Lang, P.E. BrandonLang@novawt.com Brandon joined NOVA Water as a project manager and quickly excelled in that effort as well as sales support. Brandon was previously in the consulting engineering field and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Brandon currently holds the position of Sales Engineer for NOVA Water and is primarliy responsible for application engineering and sales coordination.
		David Popowitch DavidPopowitch@novawt.com David is responsible for customer service, satisfaction, and support. As Applications Manager David oversees the entire project development cycle from pilot testing to field start up of delivered equipment. Davis is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University.
		Alex Gonzalez, E.I. AlexGonzalez@novawt.com Alex is a recent graduate of Mercer University where he earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. Alex joined Nova Water Technologies as our Process Engineering Manager and will primarily be focused on filtration process development efforts

		Brenda Lightfoot, C.P.A. BrendaLightfoot@novawt.com Brenda Lightfoot has more than 17 years of corporate accounting experience and is a certified public accountant. She holds a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana College and her previous experience includes seven years as regional controller for Arthur Rutenberg Homes.

Jennifer Smith has 13 years of corporate accounting experience and handles areas ranging from Assistant Controller, Accounts Receivable, all areas of marketing and provides support for the Nova Water Technologies' staff. Jennifer earned a B.S. in Mathematics at Stetson University.
